Aspen Environmental Consulting was founded in 2007 to help businesses achieve and maintain compliance with the specific regulatory environment that impacts them, and we specialize in the areas of air quality compliance. We believe in your long-term success and sustainability and as a result, our founder, Jane M. Besch formed Aspen Environmental to help serve those clients who needed a cost effective flexible solution to meet their compliance needs. After twenty years of Health, Safety, Environmental and Security experience and senior management positions within the chemical/petroleum industry, the founder has strategically positioned Aspen Environmental Consulting to partner with companies like yours.

President's Bio


Jane Besch

Jane has over twenty years experience in the health, safety, and environmental field having spent much of her career within the chemical terminaling industry. Currently Jane is President and founder of Aspen Environmental Consulting, a regulatory compliance consulting firm located in Southern California specializing in air quality and employee training programs. She is a Certified Permitting Professional. In addition to her role at Aspen Environmental Consulting, she serves on the Board of Directors for DCL-America, a diesel particulate filter manufacturing firm. Prior to that she was the Vice President of Westway Terminal Company and managed the HSES department of Westway. She has been a speaker at previous ILTA conferences and in 2009 was a speaker at the FEW (Fuel Ethanol Workshop) conference. She has a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and a Masters in Business Administration.
